Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
I swerved to avoid a deer last nite...ran into ditch and tree less than a mile from my house. I live in the mtns. and it was very dark...people in the bar across the street came out and were all gathering...i left to run to my house to get my phone charger and find my neighbor who tows....by the time I returned to the car...it had been towed. I called next morning, was told to call police who are charging me w/ leaving the scene of accident. I already have 5 pts from a prior dui....I have been sober for 3 months and was actually at an AA meeting earlier yet the cop said the bar people said i seemed drunk and ran into the woods,,This is not the case at all....I need to know my options and what the punishment for this is....will i lose my license again....how long? Im really worried....also when i got my car this morning someone store my GPS and cell phone out of the car

Find an atty in your area who does lots of drivers license cases. You're going to pay a pretty penny for the representation. It will be worth it!!!!! If you want a referral, call me and I can probably find you somebody.
