Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
hello i am a truck driver and had a roll over accadent in pennsylvania i have receved 3 seperate fines adding up to $2270 is there in any point fighting these? since it was my falt no one else was involved and i only got minor injuries. will they let me pay a little at a time?

You should plead not guilty to the citations and go to court. Perhaps you can "plea bargain" with the arresting officer and have the charges and fines reduced. You can't be fined anymore then the citations already say, so you have nothing to lose. I would consider hiring a lawyer to attend the gearing with you, considering the amount of money involved. Finally, most district Judges allow payment plans if you can't come up with the money all at once.
