Can a workers compensation award be taken to pay a personal injury judgment?

I'm not certain I understand your question. Do you have a judgment against you? Is the judgment-holder trying to execute on proceeds of of a work comp settlement? Any money you have is subject to execution. If you've rec'd money from work comp, the judgment holder can execute on that money. Please call me if you want a further explanation.
