Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
Wrongfull Prosecution
I had been arrested and prosecuted for sexual abuse towards my adopted 7 year old russian daughter brought on by my estranged wife four months after we had seperated. It became very clear at the criminal trial that my daughter was coerced and intimidated not only by my wife but also Children and Youth services. Testimony included information withheld by my wife from investigators that would show this child to be manipulitive and a lier. Local newspapers labeled the trial an injustice, childs testimoney falls short of any type of crime and even one of the jurors was quoted as saying they could not believe this case came to trial. In under one hour, after a three day trial, the jury found me not guilty of any criminal wrongdoing. Of course being charged with this type of crime has totally destroyed my life. Is there any legal action I can take against my wife, the police, the D.A. or Children and Youth. I am totally broke and lost everything I ever had because of the false allegations. Please help, thank you.

Re: Wrongfull Prosecution
You may have a claim against your wife. You may also have a claim agains DYFS, depending yupon the info at trial. What does your criminal lawyer say about the events.
I will need lots more info. Where in the State do you live?
