Legal Question in Product Liability in Pennsylvania

I have a atv fixed at a Honda dealership they told me it was running and the part was replace when I got a chance to run it the atv would not start. The equiptment and labor cost $590 and the atv still does not run.

Have you returned to the dealership? What did they say? Did you get any kindof warranty with the work? All of these questions really have to be answered before I can give you an intelligent answer. Under any circumstances, you can file a complaint in small claims court (your local district justices office) and try to get your money back.
