Legal Question in Product Liability in Pennsylvania
I bought a hot tub fo $4,000.00 2 year ago. It was a floor model. It was supposed to come with a 4 year waranty. I only got a 3 year warranty. When we got it, we realized the patio was not level, so we built a wedge to make it level. It has been repaired several times. Now the warranty company, through the repairman, told me they cancelled my warranty. I have not talked to anyone except the reapairman and a salesman. I have left many messages for the manager and the warranty company and have not heard back from them.

Your issue is really a contract issue, not product liability.
If you hire an atty for this matter, watch out that your atty fees don't "eat up" any money you may get from the hot tub company.
Your dispute is well suited for small claims court. You should sue, w/o using an atty, the offending party for breach of contract. Contact your local district justice for details.
