Legal Question in Product Liability in Pennsylvania
I got a old cell bill in the mail and the bill is over 6 years old and a collection agency is trying to collect and I am disabled is their a statue of limittations on it?

Yes there is a statute of limitations. If you make any payment at all they get a new period. This does not mean collection agency has to leave you alone, just means they will not be successful in court on that issue.
