district court judgement
i won $850 jdgmnt from dentist. he appealed. if i do not respond and jdgmnt of NON PROS is entered against me what exactly would happen?what does NON PROS mean?

Judgment non pros is dismissal of the case for lack of prosecution.

It means that u will have lost your judgment for not pursuing your claim and he will not have to pay you.
