Legal Question in Product Liability in Pennsylvania

fictitous brands

I am trying to open a retail clothing store and through the process I am realizing that there are many wholesales who claim to sale authentic brand names but do not. What are the legalites of selling fictitous brands?

The legalities are: don't do it. If you know or should have known (turn a blind eye) that products are fakes/knockoffs, you will be as liable as the manufacturer. In fact, in practice, you will be more liable, because you will be easier to find than some factory in Taiwan. Don't do it.
