Legal Question in Product Liability in Pennsylvania
My power was shut off due to non payment at the beginning of october. After then paying over $700.00 the power was to be turned on. However I was never informed that the power was being turned on that day and therefore never told to put the main power breaker to the off position. As a result my home caught fire and was ruled a total lose. The cause of fire was ruled electrical. I was renting to own the home with very little left to pay. I was wondering what legal recourse I have against the power company.
