5. I have a friend who is having a situation with an ex. In the beginning they worked together and the relationship ended he continued to contact her that she had to go to HR to make it stop. It did not stop until he was written up. Later down the line he was terminated. He continued to text her rude things and call along with driving past her house numerous times. She tried to file charges on him for stalking and harassment a few months ago but was told there was not enough evidence. A few weeks ago he texted her Whore over and over. Just recently she had her tires slashed along with "whore" keyed into my car. Her neighbor verified he did see his car on her street the same night it happened. She feels very helpless because he won�t leave her alone. She filed a police report and they pulled him in for questioning he did admit texting whore to her but he says he did not slash her tires or write that on her car. What should she do?

She needs to file for a Protection From Abuse Order.
