Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

we have a 1 year lease that stipulates if anyone moves in, they have to pay an additional $75 per month. my friend moved in on april 1, 2014 and now the owner says she has to pay $150. he said he doesn't do the $75 anymore. our lease is valid until august 1, 2014. can he do this?

No, he is stuck with the $75 until August. He can't change the terms of the lease unless YOU agree.
