during my 2 year relationship with my boy friend he bought me a computor as a gift. now that we broke up he says its his aand the police are coming to get it. can he do this? he was also out of work for along period of time and i made the payments on the computor,

If it was truly a gift it is yours. the problem is proving title. If he does not tell the truth and says it was his then you have two conflicting stories. Do you have witnesses who will tetify or back up your facts that he said it was a gift to you. hat would be your best proof.
