Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Adding family member to a deed regarding a timeshare

My mother would like to add my brother to the deed she has governing a timeshare property she owns in Pennsylvania. She would like him to have a right of survivorship interest in the timeshare. What documents does she need to record this transaction?

A Deed from her to her and her son, as joint tenants with right of survivorship is all that is needed. Deed must be signed, notarized and recorded where the property is located. Need my help, call 973-377-3313
