Getting Back Engagement Ring

My fiancee informed me, after the birth of our baby, that she had been seeing someone else and she broke our engagement. I've since learned that she's told me one lie after another. I intend to request a paternity test. However,whether the child is mine or not, I feel that since she broke our engagement, I'm entitled to get the ring back. She refuses to return it. Can I sue her in Small Claims Court?

You can. The Supreme Court recently ruled that regardless of who breaks the engagement, the ring must be returned. Good luck.
