Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

i bought a house 2 years ago. orgionally the house we bought and the property next to us were on one well we decided to be nice and just charged them for water each month even though they were suppose to get their own well dug and havent yet. now we want them off and know they are going to give us trouble how do we get them off our well with out costing alot of money?

You could build a fence and put a barrier up. You could send them a letter and tell them that they no longer have the right to enter your property to use the well. If they trespass after that, you can file an action in municipal court.
