Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

A boyfriend and girlfriend share a deed to a house, they split up, the girl moves in with her father, the boy stays at the home and they split the mortgage. The boy is arrested and before sentencing he flees the property and state. He will not sign over the his share of the deed to the girl. What options does the girl have to get the deed in just her name to sell the house?
