breaking a lease

Recently singed 1 yr lease landlord has yet to install venting for dryer last said he would be here within a week ( lived here 2 mo} has yet to do the work,do I have grounds to terminate lease if so will I get back security deposit? If not can I take off the amount Paid to dry laundry at laundromat from rent?

The law allows for you to withhold that portion of the rent which constitutes the reduction in value of the lease. I do not know what that would be. You may obtain dry cleaning and seek reimbursement. Ultimately, you may sue to collect that reimbursement, but you may not win.
