Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
Had bull dozer run away on neighbors property and the dozer hit my house it was un manned the operator was thrown out i have a lot of damage, if I have to disclose this in the future for the sale of the residence i will loose a lot of money..can i sue for the devaluation

First, you need to sue the bulldozer operator, the bulldozer owner and whoever hired him for damages. Then get the house repaired. Once it is you don't have disclose it. It's hopefully not a continuing problem.
