Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Can buyer demand changes to settlement after closing?

I'm wondering if the buyer has any right to enforce demanding money from me (the seller) after settlement? The HUD-1 is completed but they forgot to include pro-rated rent and security deposits at closing. This was in the contract however they decided not to include it at closing for whatever reason. They are now holding my check from settlement and all the paperwork (since I wasn't there) and demanding I pay them over $2,000. I already returned the security deposits to the tenants once I sold the properties since the new buyer did not request them and they are not mine. The new buyer wants me to send them the deposits too. Is there any legality to this? I'm losing a lot of money and need help! Thanks!

I don't suppose you had a lawyer look over the deal and attend the closing. Especially because you didn't attend the closing.

If you had one he would be addressing this mess.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
