Cancelling an agreement on title transfer on my home

I had signed an agreement to transfer my home title to we buy houses, and a coupel days later i decided that i wanted to cancel it. Is that possible to do so? And what are the ramifications if i do so?

It depends on the wording of the agreement. You should take it to an attorney ASAP to review it.

Generally, the seller of real estate is obligated to go to closing. There are rarely monetary damages for failure to go to closing. However, the buyer could claim their incidental and expectancy damages. The usual course is to file a case for specific performance claiming the seller must be obligated to sell. That is a long process and would probably not be pursued.
