Cap on late fees
My landlord charges 10.00 for the first late day after the 5th of each month, and an additional 5.00 for each subsequent day. The rent is $825.00. Isn't there a cap on the late fees in PA. For example, the amount assessed for late fees cannot exceed 10% of the rent. Thanks.

That might be defined in your lease, however I know of no law that states lates fees cannot be added to your rent, if at some point they become excessive you will probably not find a court to enforce them however these seem reasonable based on your rent.
