change the name of deceased to heirs without a lawyer or will

Can my siblings and I change the deed to our deceased parents house from theirs to our names without a lawyer? there was no will.

You do not indicate when your parents died. In any event you will have to open an Estate in order to transfer the property. You also will most likely have to pay inheritance Tax which incurs interest if not paid in a timely manner. I suggest you speak with an attorney. You'll need to probate estates in order to change any Deed.
