Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
civil property forfieture
I purchased a property 7 months ago in PA. The seller wanted an out building moved to an adjacent property. I agreed not to make it part of the sale. In the contract they where supposed to move it within 3 months of closing. They have not moved it as of yet and I don't see them ever doing it. There is no repercussion stated in the contract. What happens? Do they lose the rights to the building after a period of time?
Thanks for the help.

Re: civil property forfeiture
What do the sellers say when you ask them about it?
Talking with each other is a lot cheaper than having lawyers do it. If you can get them to agree to removing the out building then write it all done and get it signed. Don't for get to put in a date certain for it to be removed and what happens if they don't.
