Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Can I claim a part of an undeveloped alley way that borders my property. This alley has been undeveloped and not used as far back as I can remember (30+ years) I live in Murrysville PA 15668

Probably not, if it's public property. You're generally not allowed to take or use that under any circumstances. You might be able to talk to the township or whatever public entity holds it to see if they would be willing and able to transfer the rights.

If it's privately held you may have some other options, including adverse possession.
