Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

A company has used a photo of my property in a derogatory way in an advertisement for there services. Our property is for sale, and the sale is hurt by this direct mail ad. Do I have any legal recourse?

These cases are fact sensitive but on the sketchy facts you have presented it would seem that there is good possibility that you may have a claim. The problem would be showing the damages caused by the ad. I would advice you followup with an attorney to discusws the matter in more depth.
