condo board members

is it legal in pennsylvania for 2 people from the same household (husband and wife) to sit on the board of a condo association that has 5 total board members

Unless specified otherwise in your condominium rules and regulations or your by-laws....then no there is nothing wrong with this...just be prepared for neighbors to possibly complain.

You should read the condominuim documentation. That will describe the requirement of Board Members membership. I am not aware of any prohibition. However, the condominiuim act would have to be researched. Gerald Hershenson Esq. 215-579-9390
