Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

condo owners right to have violent tennants removed

i am a board member at a pennsylvania condo. one of

our unit owners (also the owner of the building & land

& president of the assoc) has rented his unit out to

2 violent young kids--residents here have been

assaulted & abused--police have been involved--yet

still these guys are here. we've asked the unit

owner & the management company to get these people

out, but nothing has been done, & people are living

in fear. do the rest of the owners have any legal

recourse to deal with this problem before someone

else gets hurt?

Re: condo owners right to have violent tennants removed

probably yes, but I would have to examine the condo documents. Your question is confussing because you call it a condo but yet you state there is an individual owner of the building. This is inconsistent with condo ownership. If you would like to discuss it further, I can be reached at 610 565-3700 x 242
