Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Contracts

I am interested in getting started in real estate via wholesaling homes, or flipping them. I took a contract out of a real estate how-to book. This contract was specifically written to provide protection for the buyer, me, in this case. The author gives permission to readers to use his contracts. What is a contract defined as, Can I use these contracts, Should I use these contracts, if so, Is there anything I should specifically include in these contracts?

I think you would be foolish to attempt to represent yourself and use contracts from a book when you lack the expertise. I suggest you obtain an attorney to guide you. Once you have gained the experience you might be able to deal with the real estate issues on your own. There are so many ramifications and consequences regarding the purchase and sale or real estate. You would be a fool to do so, real estate law is something one does not pick up in a matter of 10 or 15 minutes by reading a basic form book. Seek out legal representation or be prepared to be sued personally over mistakes that WILL happen.
