Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
went to court with landlord and settled with attorney for return of security but it has been 30 days and I have seen nothing or have had no contact with landlord. What happens now?

Send a certified letter to the landlord's attorney. Give him/her 15 days to forward funds. If you do not receive the funds, then file a motion for contempt with the court that you originally filed your lawsuit.You will be entitled to sanctions. Good luck.
