Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
was dating a girl for 2 years I was planning to sell my house and move into her house. In Novemeber we purchased a bedroom set for her spare room which was to become my sons room she liked the furniture and we agreed to purchase the same bedroom set for her son I financed the furniture in my name totalling 9500. We broke up 3 months later I asked her to make me an offer on the furniture I asked for just the furniture that was in my sons room back but she never responded to any request. So now I am payint for bedroom sets in her house. What am I entitled to?? The small claims cap in my state is 8000.

Wrong the limit in MDJ court is $12,000. Though in that court you can't just ask for the furniture back you have to sue her for the value of the furniture.
