Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
My daughter is all set to close on a house in pa. The contract they signed clearly states that the sellers were leaving the bedroom furniture in the house (4 bedrooms) .my daughters realtor just notified her that the owners took all the furniture. Is this legal? My daughter did sign a contract. The closing is supposed to be next week

No and where is your daughter's attorney? She does have one right?. She's buying something that will take 30 years to pay for. Requires her to committing to a bank with lots of scary legal documents. Exposures her to hundreds of potential legal problems some which might not show up for years,
Bottom line they either return the furniture or she can and will sue them for it.
