Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter signed a sale agreement on her home, but due to health issues with her son, no longer wishes to sell. The buyers have already had an inspection. How can she get out of selling her house?

Not easily. If she were just to breach contract one of the remedies a court could enforce against he is specific performance. That is the court could order her to honor the contract.

That's why even sellers need attorneys in real estate transactions.
