Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Deed ownership

My husband is in business with another partner.

they recently built their new buildings on land

they bought 3years before. when I did a deed research

I found only his partners name on the deed. If they

both own the business 50/50 should not my husbands

name also be on the deed.

Re: Deed ownership

Yes. If they both own the land together, the Deed must be in both their names or the name of a partnership or other entity they both own. You need to have this corrected. If you have any questions or need further help, please feel free to call me at (215) 545-4830.
