Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
I have the deed to a property purchased in a judicial sale. The property has the original owner occupying it at this time. I've given notice to the owner the property must be vacated by the end of the month. Can I forcibly go into the house after the end of the month if the previous owner hasn't moved out? Am I in my legal rights to enter the property and do with it as a please? It's my house!

No.
You have to go through a legal process called ejectment, similar to eviction, in order to have the previous owner out of the property. You may NOT DO ANYTHING yourself, but need proper court authorization, and then you cannot do this yourself, but only through a sheriff's enforcing the order.
It will require proper notice to the occupant, but in order to make sure that you've followed each step correctly, you are far better off engaging a lawyer to assist you. It will save you time and money in the long run.
If you like, you could wait to the end of the month [meaning 30 days of a full month, not,for example, August 10 to August 31st], and if the occupant leaves, that's all good. But if s/he doesn't, go to a lawyer.
THIS RESPONSE IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE, SINCE I DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED, AND I DO NOT HAVE A REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT WITH YOU.
* If the answers to your question confirm that you have a valid issue or worthwhile claim, your next step should almost always be to establish a dialog with a lawyer who can provide specific advice to you. Contact a lawyer in your county or township.
* Another reason for contacting a lawyer is that it is often impossible to give a good answer in the Internet Q&A format without having more information. The unique circumstances of your situation and things that you may not have thought to mention in your question may completely change the answer. If you want to be sure that you have a complete answer to your question and an understanding of what that answer means, establish a connection with a lawyer who practices in the area of your concern.
