deed propertys as one

I have three lots in a private devlopment, all hooked together. the house sits on two. i would like to deed all three as one property. can i do this. It would mean paying one set of dues and taxes instead of three.

What you need to do in this situation is contact your township or borough and find out their procedures for a lot-line erasure. Basically what this does is erase the lot lines and joins all the lots into one. You really can't just deed them together without coordinating it with your township or borough.
