Deed Transfer
I just wanted to know what form to use if my father wants to transfer a piece of property out of his name and into my name.

You need to have a deed for the real estate from him to you.

You need to have a new deed drafted, but is transfer occurring to avoid taxes...what's the point...b/c the one dollar transfer doesn't cut it for tax purposes....
