Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Deed of Trust

There are no written deed restriction on the deed. The property was purchase in a trust for a particular person and because the trustee is not getting along with the person, can the trustee revoke the trust for any reason and transfer the property to someone else?

Re: Deed of Trust

This is a complex question. I would need to review the trust and terms of the trust. A trustee has a fiduciary duty and can't make a change that is not in the best interest of the trust's beneficiaries. You can contact my office for any questions.
