How many witnesses are necessary for a deed?

In order to record a deed witht the Recorder of Deeds it must be notarized. Witnessess are not the issue. There can not be a recording with being signed before a notary in Pennsylvania. I suggest you consult legal counsel before doing anything as there are many issues that have to be reviewed before a deed is filed.
