There is no program. It is not a costly procedure. What is needed is a copy of the old deed with the exiting recording information. I can prepare the deed for a cost of $75. You will have the responsibility of recording the deed. If you do not want my services, I suggest you consult with another attorney. You would be making a serious mistake if you are untrained in the legal process to prepare the deed yourself.
