denial to travel
i live on an ave. i rent off the owners son, but the lane owner, my landlords dad, denies me travel to parts of the ave. which is my address, can he do that?

If Dad is the sole legal owner of the property, only he has the right to enter into a lease of all or part of the property. Son may not have had the authority to enter the lease with you.
If you live on the main street giving access to the home you are renting, there shouldn't be any problem. If, however, the rented home is inside the property and has access only through a driveway, Dad may have the right to cut off your access.
This sounds like a situation where you should be negotiating with both Dad and Son to get your lease rights straightened out.
You should get a local real estate lawyer to assist you, so that whatever agreement is worked out, it is properly documented, and your rights derive from the real owner of the land.
