Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

was divorced in 2010 had order to sell house when last child graduates,i went back for my kids 9-2013 recinded order to sell house,was asked to leave 7-2014 said she would pay mortgage,now in arrears said would pay me off to get my name off of deed,now her boyfriend has moved in, what recourse do i have to stop this because it's still half my house,and to get my money out of the house?
