This is legal question pretain: To Rosevelt Lanier is a elderly man that has brought with him and wife , wife is decease, now this step grandson is living on the property, stating the property is his or buy him out.Mr. Lanier went to ask the grandson the leave his house. The grandson jump on Mr. Lanier beat him, The Police was call but, they didn't ask the grandson to leave. Now he try to do a:Writ of Summon in Action of Ejectment I went to Jenkin Law to find the propery paper, Now they telling that him need a draft a PRAECIPE.

I do not know property format to draft a PRAECIPE. Please if you can email a copy are format how to do this for Mr. Lanier. Mr. Lanier is 70 years and has retired. Still work in his own business. Thank you : Gussie Evans
