Easement rights
Our township is installing a new sewer system.
They want me to grant them an easement to cut all the way through my property for $1.00. Do I have to grant this or do I have options.

No you do not have to grant them this option, you have a right to negotiate a far better offer. However they do have other options available to them, it is my advice to immediately seek out competent legal counsel and have them contact your municipal government authority.
