Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

I have 3 rental property in Philadelphia. I hired City Focus Realty LLC to be my rental management company. The owner of this LLC collected rents from tenant but never remit them back to me. Besides that he has stolen all the rental deposits that should be in the LLC's escrow account. What do I need to do at this point to claim my $7K losses. There are also many other property owners that are considering or in a process of suing this company. What should I do?

call your local attorney general and have them investigate! i would seek an attorney as well to sue on the civil side. call for a free consultation.
