Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

Engaged on a gift giving holiday

If a couple was engaged on a gift giving holiday, namely Valentine's Day, is there any statute in Pennsylvania Law which states that the ring then becomes the property of the receiver? (i.e. it becomes an unconditional gift)

It really doesn't matter when the gift was given but the intent of the gift. If it was given unconditionally (without strings) then it is irrevocable. But, if it was given with a condition (or promise) then unless that condition is performed it must be given back.
