enjoyment of property

I installed a privacy fence to have some privacy my neighbors have put thier kids jungle gym right beside my fence now I cant even sit on my back porch without the kids standing on top of the gym looking in my yard I asked the neighbors to move it but they wont. Now when my daughter who is 7 goes out in the yard they call her names and throw things I again told the parents they told me I was lying I just want to enjoy my little backyard without kids peering over my fence. I have pictures my diningroom faces the backyard with a sliding glass window so we get the added enjoyment of the neighbors watching us eat. What can I do about this?

Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do. You are faced with the option of moving to another location or building a taller fence if allowed. My suggestion is to move if you are financially able. Your neighbors do not sound reasonable or caring. I am sure there are other issues involved. Gerald M. Hershenson Esq.
