fallen trees from neighbors yard
am I legible for the cleanup or is he . The property line shows that the trees belong to him .

Why not ask the neighbor what he would like you to do. You can always clean up what's in your yard. Maybe he'd be willing to help or maybe take care the whole thing. It might be good firewood.
You're neighbors act like it. Just get together and see what you can work out over coffee or beer.
Not everything needs a lawyer to get involved.
