Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
My fiance and i recently got a used truck.She bought it,but both of our names are on the truck.
Im primary though.we have broken up and she wants to take me to court to get the truck.Can she do that?and if so what would happen?

And how is this a real estate question? What is the truck worth? Is it still being paid for? The easiest way is to figure out what the truck is worth. If it is all paid for, she can buy out your share and you can sign the title over to her. If the truck is still financed, then she will need to get it refinanced in just her name. You, the new lender, the old lender and her will have to do a 3 or way chat to get this resolved. Do you want the truck? Then what I said would apply equally to you and you would have to buy out her share. If you both want the truck and neither will buy out the share of the other, the court will order it to be sold anyway.
Don't buy anything with anyone else in the future. Its is too much of mess when things go wrong.
