Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania

My ex fiancee has locked my kids and me out of the house. I called the police they told us both they were charging us with disorderly conduct and I was no longer allowed to return to the house. They wouldn't even let me into get my clothes. He has moved his new wife of 10 days in and I was not sleeping there every night because of this so they said I abandoned the house. We went to our custody conference and he said I didn't have a house but he had all my stuff from clothes to pots pans furnature. I consulted a lawyer she said if have to go through the magistrates to get my stuff which could take up to two months.. Is there any faster way to do this. My name is on the deed so is his. My mail goes there, my id is in that address, I was paying all ultilites till recently; paying taxes.
